Registration & Ordering
New year. New site! We loved the old site but just like our menus, we know it’s important to switch things up every so often and we have recently launched a new look website and hope you like it. It is called a ‘responsive’ site, which means that it will work perfectly on your desk-top, tablet and mobile phone. We hope this will make shopping with us even quicker and easier.
If you have been shopping with us for some time, don’t worry, it won’t take you too long to familiarise yourself the new layout. The main difference will be additional features, better search and a handily accessed ‘header’ and ‘footer’. Please ensure your email address and password is entered correctly. Remember your password is case sensitive. There is a Forgotten Password link right next to the Password box – once you have entered your address and sent it to us, you will receive an automated email, inviting you to create a new password.
Our aim is to make your shopping experience with Eat NAKED NI as easy as possible. There are lots of ways to search for your purchase but once you have had found the product(s) you would like to order, simply add them to your basket. You can continue to shop or proceed to checkout. Remember you can view your Cart at any time by clicking My Cart / My Items at the top right-hand corner of the page or view you basket an the bottom of the page.
We design our menu very carefully, taking into account seasonal produce; so, we strive to never had items online that are sold out. If you find a product is out of stock, you will not be able to add this to your basket unfortunately. Please choose a different / similar product. Add items to your basket and proceed to checkout.
When you come to the View Cart page, the items you have ordered will be listed. Beneath these, on the right-hand side of the page and within a grey box – you will see the wording – Have A Promotional Code? Please enter the code (received in an email, from our site, social media page, voucher code site etc) into the box and click APPLY COUPON. The offer you applied will be confirmed and the discount will be deducted and shown in the Cart Totals to the left.
Often there are conditions with an offer. All codes will be exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. What this means is you can only use one code per order. All codes also have an expiration date so please check the code has not expired. Please also check that the code does not exclude a category of the site. For example: excludes the Lose Body Fat programme.
The site processes all orders immediately, which means orders cannot be amended or cancelled online. We also do our best to dispatch your order within the delivery time frames shown so, if you require additional items, need to amend, cancel your order or change the delivery address – please contact our Customer Care team right away on 0287 9634 546 or email@example.com We will do our best to carry out your request, providing the order has not been dispatched or prepared.
We have two options at checkout.
CARD PAYMENTS. All card payments are processed through the terminal Stripe. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Amex.
PAYPAL: If you prefer you can process your over via PayPal. If you don’t have an account with PayPal, registration and set up is free.
Please note all payments are charged immediately.
Currently we are a single currency site; accepting only GBP (£). Our customer base has dramatically increased in the Republic of Ireland, so we are working on implementing a multi-currency option to accept EUR (€) payments too.
Once only available in Northern Ireland, Eat NAKED NI now ships to the Republic of Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.
Regardless of how much, or little you order, you will only be charged one postage charge unless you select to have your order shipped in 2 parcels. If you choose to have your order shipped in 2 parcels we will ship half your order on our 1st ship date, then cook and ship the second half of your order on the second ship date.

Order deadline is every TUESDAY at 6PM.
Local pick up
If you select a local pick up, your food will be ready for collection the following Monday and Wednesday after order deadline. Customers will receive an email letting them know when they can collect their food. E.g. If an order is placed on Tuesday 3rd of January, it will be ready for collection on Monday 9th and again on Wed 11th.
Any orders placed for a local pick up are automatically split into two deliveries (unless the order is a Lunch/Snack bundle, or a customer has requested otherwise.) This is to ensure freshness of food and to free up fridge space at home.
Any orders placed after this deadline will not be processed for that week’s cook days, and therefore, will be added to the following week’s orders. Unfortunately, this mean’s there could be a lengthy wait on food arriving.
If a customer opts for courier delivery, the order will be sent out to the requested shipping address the following Tuesday after deadline.
A customer can choose to pay for a second delivery if they do not want to receive their order in full on a Tuesday. If that’s the case, the second delivery will arrive to the desired shipping address on a Thursday. e.g. if an order is placed on Tues 3rd Jan, the full order will arrive on Tuesday 10th. If it’s split, the remainder of the order will arrive on Thursday 12th.

Your meals are carefully packed using temperature controlled cooler bags and specially designed food safe gel packs to keep everything frozen or chilled.
Our courier also lifts our parcels late evening and you will have your order with you the next day (with some customers in Northern Ireland getting it the same day). All orders we ship will be received within 24 hours ensuring 100% freshness!!
Once received, we recommend transferring your meals to the fridge or freezer immediately.
You can save the gel packs for future use. Perfect for a cool box or a picnic.
If you think you may not be home to receive delivery, please leave a note instructing the courier to leave your parcel in a nominated safe place. Alternatively, you can have your parcel dispatched to your neighbour, parents or even your work or gym. You will be given the option to add an alternative delivery address in the checkout process along with any delivery instructions.
About the meals
We use real ingredients, locally produced and carefully chosen so we can create the highest quality meals, packed with all the goodness and nutrition your body needs to perform at peak. While not every ingredient is organic, our ingredients have nothing to hide, we use grass-fed beef in our recipes and local chicken. None of our ingredients are GMO.
All our beef is grass-fed, and our fowl is pasture-raised. Our beef and turkey are locally sourced from Durham Ranch and Diestel Farms. Durham Ranch makes us a proprietary blend of 92/8 ground beef and our tri-trip is trimmed and naturally low-fat.
And here’s our promise – we make a constant effort to upgrade our ingredients at every opportunity. As we do so, look for up-to-date ingredient lists shared here and on our social media channels.
Moo-ve over! We have news for you. All of our meals 100% free of dairy.
They sure are! Our meals are 100% naturally Gluten Free, based on a Paleo-ish lifestyle – using wholefoods. Some of our meals do contain grains such as our NAKED Fajitas with Lime-Coconut Rice. But we’ll have them labelled so you can choose what suits best
Yes. Some meals do contain eggs. Where eggs have been used, this will be clearly identified.
We have a small selection of meals designed to suit both vegetarian and vegan consumers, it’s only a few for now but we’re certain you’ll be happy to try them out.
Quite simply? No. We never add any preservatives to any of our meals or food items. What’s more, we also try to ensure that all our ingredients are preservative-free.
Yes. We do use pink Himalayan salt and coconut aminos in our meals. We use just enough to season the food and bring flavours out for a naturally moreish experience.
As a guidance, we try to base our meals on what is known as the Zone Diet, it’s a lifestyle that promotes the balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats at every meal time. Each meal is balanced with nutrient-dense ingredients, providing all the healthy macros needed for a healthy functioning body.
We believe when using real ingredients, counting calories doesn’t have to become so important – we also understand that for some, they like to keep track. So, we have provided a breakdown of each meal on our website. You can see this information under each choice.
We’re experts of eating real food, we do it anytime of the day! We stay on track with our nutrition and eating real ingredients.

You can store your meals in your freezer for up to 3 months and not have to worry about them perishing.
Always refer to the use by and freezing instructions on the individual food item or meal dish.
We suggest using a deep freezer which will offer you an even longer storage solution. Pretty cool, literally!

Due to the high volume of cooking in our distribution kitchen we are unable to tailor meals. Our recipes are cooked in batches and cannot be altered throughout cooking. We have provided the list of ingredients used in each recipe on our website – you can check ingredients for every meal, before you purchase. Due to the nature of the business, meals that have been received cannot be returned.
We have around 30+ meals and food items on offer at any one time, they are cooked in small batches to ensure consistency every time. We cannot guarantee some flavours may vary due to the season, but we can ensure you that we work closely with our suppliers to make sure we have the best quality ingredients available all year round.
Yes. All our meals and food items are suitable for home freezing, unless otherwise stated.
Never refreeze a thawed or defrosted product.
