The Lose Body Fat Package has been designed to offer a calorie deficit nutrition plan for 6 days. We provide Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner along with a detailed guidance plan for 2 snacks per day. This package contains an average of 1400kcals per day (depending on your meal choice) and will promote the body’s natural fat burning process whilst eating real food packed with nutrients. An option of 18 meals, the LBF Package is ideal for busy individuals who require support and guidance for a healthier lifestyle.
